This project transformed a dated outdoor shopping center into a modern experience. It features an open-air promenade with boutique shops, restaurants, bars and chain outparcels. The new contemporary design, with nearly 400,000 s.f., features a fresh mix of retail and dining with updated landscape. lighting & signage that better reflects a cool Florida vibe.
