Located in the busy downtown Tampa corridor, Lector 85 is integrated into the diverse community of Ybor City. The apartments feature a center courtyard design with pool with fountains, sun deck, dog spa, fire pit and outdoor grilling space. The Lector 85 design includes space for retail and outdoor restaurant seating, pedestrian sequencing, layout and design of the pool amenity feature, and streetscape buffering. Lighting, irrigation, and project management were also in our scope. We worked with Milhaus Development to bring this beautiful concept to fruition.
