This was the first community within North River Ranch developed by Neal Land and Neighborhoods. The amenity building sits at the end of a main entry road. With a grandiose pool and amenity deck flanking the building, there’s an after-hours lounge that overlooks the lake. The design includes fire pits, gaming and seating spaces. There’s also a bermuda sports field, outside fitness stations and a playground.
