The Lucent at Sunrise features a huge selling point – a lazy river. Designed like a resort, the apartments feature a lazy river that meanders through the spacious amenity. BDG’s scope included landscape, hardscape, outdoor amenity and pool designs. We worked closely on this space to ensure that all elements of a luxury amenity were incorporated into the design. Smaller spaces create a more private feel. Three waterfalls and two pools add to the luxurious amenity. Two dog parks BDG designed contribute to the high-end apartment living.
