A strategic location in Tampa, The Pearl Apartments are located next to The Riverwalk and the very popular Armature Works. The eclectic, sustainable complex includes a resort style pool with extra shade cover, a sky lounge and a fire pit gathering area. We created interior courtyards and bioswales to help transition the apartments into the existing neighborhood. We worked with the owner on reducing maintenance needs with the use of artificial turf and gravel areas.
