The Wilds at Trailwind, located in Central Florida, is a 298-unit, multi-family project. It was designed for easy living. Our amenity design features a spa-like pool with sun shelf, pool landscape for extra shade, an outdoor artificial turf lounge, a grilling station, a natural fountain and a dog park. We also developed the signage design, irrigation and lighting design, buffering and entry landscape and hardscape. Working closely with developer The Framework Group, BDG incorporated luxury amenities for this strategic location between I-75 and the Florida Turnpike.
