Located in the heart of Lakeland, FL, Mirrorton apartment homes delivers the ultimate urban lifestyle with bar-setting amenitites and a wide variety of spacious apartments and stylish townhome configurations. We designed the pool with fountains and seating, private cabana space, and all hardscape and landscape. Included in our design was lighting, art installation, irrigation, courtyard layouts, dog park with dog spa, and pedestrian sequencing.

These luxuriously landscaped grounds are home to The Napier, an apartment community in Daytona Beach. The grounds feature a large salt-water pool designed with an extra-wide sunshelf, gracious poolside lounging, manicured lawns, and verdant landscaping. Hotel-style amenities include a dog park with spa and covered seating, private cabanas, grilling space and much more. Our scope included signage, amenity, hardscape and landscape design.

Silversaw Apartments include an expansive sun deck, beautifully designed communal spaces, multi-fire lounging areas, pickleball and bocce courts, and a dog park. Selling points include a deck that runs along the back of the club overlooking the wetlands. The playground BDG designed is a freeform open play area with undulating grades to allow the children to be creative during play.

Downtown St. Petersburg is home to the beautiful six-story Artistry Apartments in the Grand Central District on Central Avenue. Our role included designing a pool with a sunshelf and all landscape and hardscape design. This included a dog park, multiple outdoor seating spaces using artificial turf, a roof-level seating lounge that includes a fire pit, grills and games and street frontage design featuring many palm trees. We commissioned murals so the building fi ts right into the city vibe. Lighting, irrigation, project management were also in our scope.

With an ultra-convenient location and resort-style amenities Arcos in Sarasota is a resident’s dream. Arcos was sited and designed for modern city life in Sarasota’s vibrant Rosemary District. Make a splash in the large sparkling pool. Relax at the spa. Amenities include an outdoor fountain and lounge, beautiful walking trails, oversized pool with infinity design, lush landscaping, a dog walk, pickle ball and bocce courts, open air cabanas and a central fi re place for relaxing. BDG also developed the irrigation and lighting design.

Elements on Third in St. Petersburg is a renovated apartment community near downtown featuring urban living featuring a walkable street scape. BDG designed the interior parking, landscape, buffering, fencing irrigation and lighting plan. The pool amenity was added to the construction and BDG completed the design. It includes lush landscaping, a wall mural, sun shelf seating, a beautifully designed artificial turf seating area and specialized pavers.

Amenities abound in this luxury apartment in the heart of Tampa. The resort pool features a resort sun shelf replete with ledge loungers and fire/water bowls punctuating the sides of the pool. The edge of the pool has an acrylic edge, even with the glass railing, so that the resident can look through the pool and see views of Tampa Bay. A rooftop lounge includes a covered outdoor dining area, and expansive views of the bay and sunset. A boat dock leads to a private beach.
